Things that are genuinely useful to send:
- Corrections. Especially on the history pages and on anything operational in the gameday guide — parking, transit and stadium arrangements change and we will not always catch it.
- Gameday detail from people who go. The practical stuff that never makes it into official information: which approach roads clear fastest, what the private lots are actually like, what to wear in January.
- Rules questions. If something about the cap or the draft is unclear on our pages, that is a defect in our writing and we would like to know.
What we cannot help with: tickets, refunds, merchandise, player or club contact, media accreditation, or anything requiring either franchise. We are an independent site with no relationship to the Bills or the Sabres, so those all need the clubs directly.
